I recently tried out a selection of Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Colour Eye Shadow Singles. These literal gold bricks have been adorning my vanity for weeks now and boy are they hard to pass! If you thought it was going to be a makeup free day, you thought wrong. You’re going to be going to the grocery store looking like a bronzed goddess once you’re done with these.
The Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Eye Shadow Singles are available in 32 single shades and 7 duo combinations with multi finishes. They come packaged in these luxe, reflective gold cases. The iconic Elizabeth Arden red door lays over a sheet of mirrored glass. Each single shadow contains a sponge applicator and mirror.
Beautiful Color Eye Shadows were created to provide long-lasting wear while visibly reducing the look of wrinkles. Pigments are combined with silky silicone, which when applied to the eye lids, appears to just sit on the lid rather than settling into fine lines.
The shadows are highly pigmented and can be picked up with an applicator with little to no fall out. One application provides consistent coverage and all day wear. I normally forget to use an eye primer so I can’t say whether it would lengthen the wear time. However

Bone:
Shades like Bone are perfect to highlight the inner corners or brow bones. Blonde is the perfect base shade. A light application of Sunset helps brighten the eyes and definitely helps me look more awake than I actually am. The shades I tried are so universally flattering. No other colour palette excites me like creme, bronze and brown shades do! All the shades I tried are both day and night time appropriate.
